About the Role

The Workplace Conflict Resolution Manager will play a critical role in maintaining a positive and productive work environment at Sui Southern Gas Company Limited. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to make a meaningful contribution to the success of our organization.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to prevent and resolve workplace conflicts.
  • Provide counsel to employees and management on conflict resolution and labor laws.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to develop and implement policies and procedures related to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations.
  • Conduct investigations into employee misconduct or violations of company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with employees, management, and labor unions to ensure a positive work environment.
Qualifications
  • MBA with at least 4 years of relevant experience or MPA with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Specialization in Human Resources shall be given preference.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations, including the Industrial Relations Ordinance and Factory Act.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
