The role involves safely and efficiently operating U.S. Government-owned or leased vehicles, as well as handling, transporting, and storing expendable and non-expendable items.
Responsibilities:- Transporting items to and from the warehouse to office buildings, residential properties, and other locations.
The incumbent is responsible for maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to local traffic laws and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in manual labor or warehouse work, as well as knowledge of warehouse operations, procedures, and security standards.
Qualification Requirements:- Minimum two (2) years of professional truck or heavy vehicle driving experience.
- One (1) year of experience in manual labor or warehouse work.
A valid Pakistani driver's license for Heavy Transport Vehicle (HTV) with a minimum of five years of licensed driving experience is required.
Job Knowledge and Skills:- Familiarity with local traffic laws, regulations, and in-country travel routes.
- Limited knowledge of reading, writing, and speaking in English is required; good working knowledge of reading, writing, and speaking in Urdu is also required.
- Proficiency in using warehouse tools and safely operating equipment such as forklifts, hand trolleys, and electronic lifters.
The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training on warehouse operations and safety procedures.
