
Customer Experience Specialist

We are looking for individuals who can revolutionize customer experience with their customer-centric approach. In this role, you will provide solutions to diverse customer queries via written communication and maintain a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist customers with purchases through e-commerce websites.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, meeting performance objectives and upholding client core values.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and chat.
- Handle interactions in a friendly, efficient, and attentive manner.
- Document each query and solution.
- Offer alternatives for products unavailable on the website.
- Follow standard procedures for issue resolution.
- Stay updated with system information and process changes.
You must have excellent written and verbal English communication skills, be able to type at least 40 WPM, and be proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
