Job Description
Our regional Fragrance Consumer Products team seeks a highly skilled Key Account Manager to drive business growth and expand our customer base in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Fragrance, Perfumes, Cosmetics, Ingredients, Chemical, or FMCG sector(s) and have experience working in an international environment.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow and defend existing Givaudan business in specific Fragrance Consumer Products segments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set up/review/monitor strategic and category account plans, sales forecasts, and budgets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external decision-makers to attract new business opportunities.
  • Monitor fragrance trends, competitor activity, and product development to identify value drivers for the customer and promote Givaudan's value proposition.

Requirements
The successful candidate will have 5+ years of relevant work experience, excellent oral and written proficiency in English, and a strong passion and appreciation for the world of Fragrance. A team player with comfortable diversity, able to travel frequently within Pakistan ~ 30-40% of the time.
