Business Development & Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development and Sales Manager to secure new projects, generate leads, and expand our client base.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and engage with potential clients via various channels to secure projects.
  2. Proposal Writing & Bidding: Craft compelling proposals and bid strategically on freelance platforms to win projects for the team.
  3. Sales & Client Acquisition: Communicate with potential clients, understand their needs, and close deals to bring in consistent work.
  4. Social Media & Brand Growth: Build and manage social media presence to increase visibility and attract clients.
  5. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for new clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.
  6. Market Research & Strategy: Stay updated on industry trends, identify opportunities, and refine outreach strategies to grow the business.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  1. Proven experience in business development, sales, or lead generation in the IT/software development industry.
  2. Strong understanding of freelance/job platforms and ability to leverage them effectively.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and writing skills.
  4. Ability to work independently, meet targets, and drive revenue growth.
  5. Knowledge of web development, AI, and automation solutions is a plus.
