
Business Development and Sales Lead

We are seeking an experienced Business Development and Sales Manager to secure new projects, generate leads, and expand our client base.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and engage with potential clients via various channels to secure projects.
- Proposal Writing & Bidding: Craft compelling proposals and bid strategically on freelance platforms to win projects for the team.
- Sales & Client Acquisition: Communicate with potential clients, understand their needs, and close deals to bring in consistent work.
- Social Media & Brand Growth: Build and manage social media presence to increase visibility and attract clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for new clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.
- Market Research & Strategy: Stay updated on industry trends, identify opportunities, and refine outreach strategies to grow the business.
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or lead generation in the IT/software development industry.
- Strong understanding of freelance/job platforms and ability to leverage them effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and drive revenue growth.
- Knowledge of web development, AI, and automation solutions is a plus.
