Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our bidding team in the Business Development department. This role involves driving sales through online bidding and creating an effective bidding strategy to drive sustainable financial growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent verbal and written English language skills, and 4+ years of experience in bidding on online job portals.

  • Responsibilities:
  • You will be directly responsible for driving end-to-end sales through online bidding, from prospecting to closure.
  • Bid effectively to create a work pipeline and achieve targets while ensuring profitability through margins.
  • Work closely with managers and the team to meet targets.
  • Build a customer database and follow up on old leads as needed.
  • Interact with customers and the project development team for smooth project execution to ensure client retention.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Achievements:

  • A university graduate; Masters (Computers / Business) is preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in bidding on Upwork, Freelancer & other online job portals.
  • Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
  • A strong analytical mindset, self-motivated, and disciplined.
