Strategic HR Management involves leading the development and implementation of the annual HR Plan in alignment with senior management goals. The role requires identifying, designing, preparing, and executing a comprehensive plan that meets the overall objectives of the organization.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR systems to ensure effective recruitment and talent management.
  • Design and conduct recruitment processes, including job postings, testing, and interviews.
  • Manage investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievances in accordance with organizational policies.
  • Raise issues proactively with managers to identify solutions to complex HR challenges.
  • Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure fair and consistent management of staff. Ensure that managers and staff are aware of and can operate these policies effectively.

Performance Appraisal:

Monitor and review the performance appraisal system to ensure it is aligned with organizational goals. Conduct annual appraisals and monthly one-to-one meetings in a timely manner.

Employee Satisfaction Survey:

Identify mechanisms for conducting employee surveys and prepare company-wide reports based on the results.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Represent HR in various internal groups and committees.
  • Review and manage new starter and leaver processes, including conducting exit interviews.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Diplomatic and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, email, and the Internet.
  • Influencing, persuading, coaching, and negotiating skills.
  • Co-operative and supportive team player.
