The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our managers and employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
  • Managing daily office needs, including organizing schedules and coordinating appointments
  • Developing and maintaining a filing system for efficient document retrieval
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports and other documents as required
  • Maintaining contact lists and updating records as necessary

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
