We are seeking experienced professionals for a dynamic career opportunity as Enterprise Sales Representative.

The successful candidate will be responsible for revenue achievement, business development, churn optimization, portfolio engagement, and relationship management. Excellent communication skills, a strategic approach to account management, and a proven track record of achieving revenue ambitions are essential requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage real estate agencies' portfolios in assigned areas or regions.
  • Conduct daily field visits, providing product and service demonstrations to secure impactful deals.
  • Achieve revenue growth ambitions as per the regional business plan.
  • Develop and implement strategies to add new clients and work as a consultant to expand existing relationships.
  • Revive lost clients to minimize churn and identify new business opportunities.
  • Efficiently manage tasks and track KPIs within a CRM tool for assigned portfolios.
  • Explore upsell/cross-sell opportunities for portfolio growth.
  • Handle client queries/issues, take ownership, and follow up for immediate resolution.
  • Foster long-term strategic partnerships with clients through superior customer service.
  • Evaluate adherence to company policies, SOPs, and Workflows.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Proven experience in Field Sales, business development, and efficient account management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Negotiation, active listening, problem-solving, critical thinking, and persuasive skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • This is a field-based role, requiring travel to client meetings within the assigned area.
  • Regular working hours, with need-based evening or weekend work as required.
