We are recruiting a highly skilled Help Desk Professional to join our team at Geeks Consultancy.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer calls, emails, and chat messages in a friendly and professional manner
  • Analyze customer concerns and provide solutions that meet their needs
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback

Requirements:

  • Excellent English speaking and listening skills
  • Experience in sales and customer service
  • Able to work in an evening shift (2pm to 10pm)
