Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in customer support or a related role is a plus, especially in a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with basic troubleshooting abilities and proficiency in using support ticketing systems.
