We're seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our dynamic eCommerce team at Naheed.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to work with a leading eCommerce company in the Health & Beauty industry. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, driving revenue and profitability, and optimizing product listings.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting Business Reviews: Conduct business reviews with key accounts to drive revenue, profitability, and market share.
- Ensuring Product Listings Are Up-to-Date: Ensure product listings are always up-to-date with seamless integrations.
- Managing Key Account Content: Manage and optimize Key Account content on the Naheed platform.
- Executing Promotions: Plan and execute promotions to maximize sales.
- Monitoring Order Cancellations: Monitor & update order cancellations weekly to improve stock accuracy.
- Collaborating with Supply Chain Teams: Work with supply chain teams for accurate demand forecasting.
- Raising Invoices and Settling Discounts: Raise invoices and settle discounts/promotion budgets with brands.
- Maintaining Detailed Records: Maintain detailed records of sales, performance analysis, and vendor insights.
- Providing Account Management Reports: Provide account management reports to track progress and improve vendor performance.
