Job Summary

This role is a part of a comprehensive programme aimed at improving women and child health in Pakistan. As an integral team member, you will contribute to research projects and collaborate with field staff.

The successful candidate will work on data collection, conduct interviews, and train junior staff. They will also facilitate meetings and ensure the efficient execution of project-related tasks.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conducting interviews and gathering detailed information.
  • Coordinating fieldwork and ensuring its smooth execution.
  • Facilitating team meetings and training sessions.
  • Providing guidance and support to junior staff members.
  • Liaising with administrative teams for logistical support.
  • Developing and implementing project-specific SOPs.
Requirements
  • A relevant degree, either a Bachelor's or Master's.
  • At least one year of experience in a similar role.
  • Sensitivity towards cultural differences.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and adapt to changing situations.
  • Willingness to work in various community settings.
