Job Title: Inbound Sales Development Representative

Job Summary:

This role involves working as an Inbound Lead Qualification Specialist to support a client. It requires process discipline, excellent communication skills, and the ability to qualify and route inbound leads effectively across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and assess their fit for further engagement.
  • Route leads to the appropriate sales channel or team in a timely manner.
  • Follow defined cadences and structured processes to manage lead flow.
  • Deliver high-quality qualified meetings per week based on lead volume.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Fluency in German and English is essential for this position.
  • Prior experience in lead qualification, sales development, or a similar function is required.
  • Strong organizational and process-oriented mindset is necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial.
  • Ability to work independently and meet established targets is expected.

Work Arrangements:

  • Regions Covered: UK, Ireland, DACH, and APAC.
  • Schedule: Full-time | Monday to Friday | 9 AM - 5 PM UK Time.
  • Compensation: Base salary + commission tied to qualified meetings booked and occurred.

Requirements:

  • Must have an international-standard workstation setup with reliable internet and modern equipment.
