Lead Strategic Partnerships Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Strategic Partnerships Manager to lead and grow our partner ecosystem within the Armed Forces and its affiliated organizations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding new partners, managing key stakeholder relationships, and ensuring seamless integration and long-term success of these partnerships.

About This Role

This is a strategic role aimed at expanding our digital payment solutions across Armed Forces and its associated organizations. As part of the team, you will report directly to the Stream Head. Strategic Partnerships.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Partner Onboarding & Integration
    • Lead end-to-end onboarding of partners, ensuring timely activation and compliance with regulatory frameworks.
    • Develop standardized onboarding processes, documentation, and reporting structures tailored for Armed Forces and associated organizations.
    • Coordinate with internal teams (legal, compliance, technology, finance, operations) for smooth partner integration and go-live readiness.
  • Strategic Partner Management
    • Serve as the key relationship manager for Armed Forces and related organizations.
    • Maintain deep understanding of partner needs, objectives, and constraints, aligning them with our product capabilities.
    • Monitor partner activity, performance, and service delivery metrics to ensure adherence to SLAs and satisfaction.
  • Business Development & Ecosystem Growth
    • Identify new partnership opportunities with business development and government relations teams.
    • Support proposal preparations, RFP responses, MoUs, and contract negotiations.
  • Internal Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
    • Provide regular performance updates and strategic insights to senior management.
    • Ensure compliance with regulations and internal risk policies relevant to partnerships with Armed Forces and related organizations.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in Customer Experience & Managing Strategic Partnerships.
  • Strong knowledge of the strategic partners ecosystem, procurement cycles, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience managing complex, high-value partnerships with cross-functional and external stakeholders.

  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong understanding of digital payments, financial inclusion, and B2G payment ecosystems.
  • Project management proficiency and ability to lead cross-departmental initiatives.
  • Familiarity with regulatory, data security, and compliance protocols in the financial or government sectors.
