Job Title: Talent Acquisitions Specialist

  4. Interview Coordination: Possess exceptional negotiation and assessment skills to coordinate phone and video interviews.
  5. Technology Expertise: Serve as an authority on niche technologies and complex concepts, answering questions and explaining ideas clearly.
  6. Relationship Building: Nurture relationships with key talent for short-term and long-term opportunities.
  7. Staying Current: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and sourcing strategies.
  8. Travel and Communication: Travel to events and maintain relationships with key talent through effective communication.
  9. Multitasking: Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively within the team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher: A degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Recruiting Experience: 2-4 years of experience in IT and/or Telecom recruitment is desired.
  • People Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build relationships.
