Job Title: Commerce Ecosystem Specialist

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing and managing our direct-to-consumer (D2C) and business-to-business (B2B) e-commerce platforms, requiring an expert with extensive knowledge of commerce infrastructure, digital marketing, and Shopify.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. E-commerce Platform Management: Oversee theme updates, product launches, page buildouts, and site customizations to optimize the shopping experience in a regulated industry.
  2. B2B Storefront Development: Develop and optimize the B2B e-commerce experience to support business clients.
  3. System Optimization: Implement and manage Shopify flows, automations, and apps to enhance platform efficiency.
  4. Digital Marketing Integration: Manage online marketing initiatives, including reviews, referrals, affiliate programs, SEO, and more.
  5. Custom Development Projects: Oversee private app development and platform integrations as needed.
  6. Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track performance, provide insights, and drive data-informed decisions.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. Extensive expertise in Shopify, including end-to-end store builds and platform management.
  2. Experience working with Shopify apps to enhance site functionality.
  3. Proficiency in Klaviyo for email marketing and automation.
  4. Strong understanding of analytics software and data analysis.
  5. Excel/data analysis skills for reporting and performance tracking.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Background in web development or data science.
  2. Experience managing blended D2C and B2B Shopify stores for high-growth brands.
