Human Resource Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures that support the organization's goals and objectives.

  • Develop and implement HR plans, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, compensation, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including employment, health and safety, and labor laws.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee data, including personnel files, time-off requests, and performance evaluations.

In addition to these key responsibilities, the Human Resource Manager will also:

  1. Manage and develop a team of HR staff to provide excellent customer service to employees and managers.
  2. Coordinate and facilitate employee communication, engagement, and participation in organizational initiatives and events.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful as a Human Resource Manager, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
Preferred Skills

It would be an added advantage if you have:

  • A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, HRCI, or other relevant certifications.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and technology platforms.
  • Fluency in additional languages (e.g., Urdu).
