Affiliate Marketing Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to lead our affiliate marketing efforts on Amazon. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in affiliate marketing and experience driving sales and revenue through the Amazon platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop data-driven affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales on Amazon.
  • Manage and optimize affiliate campaigns, track performance, analyze data, and make informed decisions to improve results.
  • BUILD relationships with affiliate partners, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with program terms.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align affiliate marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify potential threats or opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports on affiliate program performance, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
Job Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in affiliate marketing, preferably within the e-commerce industry.
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales and revenue through affiliate channels.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Amazon Associates program and its policies.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decisions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using affiliate marketing tools and platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
