Sales Development

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong ability to multitask and prioritize.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with management regularly to ensure alignment and progress towards goals.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer relationships.
  • Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
  • Gather market and customer information to inform sales strategies.
  • Record sales, calls, and order information in the CRM system to track performance.
  • Review own sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Gain a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements to deliver targeted solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Business graduate with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office is preferred.
  • Advanced problem-solving and analysis skills to drive sales growth.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to build relationships and negotiate agreements.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative to drive results.
  • Good attitude toward teamwork as well as the ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize to manage multiple sales pipelines.
  • Excellent time management to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
