Job Title: Call Quality Analyst
- Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor inbound and outbound calls to ensure high-quality communication.
- Evaluate call performances based on professionalism, policy adherence, and key performance indicators.
- Provide constructive feedback to agents and team leads to enhance their skills.
- Identify areas for improvement and assist in coaching to elevate overall performance.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and document call evaluations to track progress.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Knowledge of quality assurance fundamentals, including NPS, CSAT, FCR, and AHT, is necessary.
- Previous experience in a QA or customer service environment is preferred.
- Attention to detail and analytical mindset are required for this role.
- IELTS certification and familiarity with QA tools/CRM systems are advantageous.
