We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at AceTech Solutions LLC. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities- Establish relationships with potential clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive growth and expansion.
- Conduct market research to identify new areas for business development and expansion.
- Increase customer value and acquire new customers through strategic planning and execution.
- Find and develop new markets and improve sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Represent the company at conferences, meetings, and industry events to stay up-to-date on the latest trends.
- Create quotes and proposals for clients based on their project requirements.
- Set goals for the development team and business growth, and ensure they are met.
- Provide training to personnel and help them develop their skills.
- Must be able to write compelling project proposals that meet client needs.
- Should be available during US working hours for communication and collaboration.
- Should be able to communicate effectively with foreigners via chat or Skype.
- Analyzing project requirements and creating unique proposals is essential for this role.
- Having technical computer science knowledge is preferred but not required.
- Experience with freelancing sites is highly valued in our team.
