Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at AceTech Solutions LLC. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Establish relationships with potential clients and identify new business opportunities.
  2. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive growth and expansion.
  3. Conduct market research to identify new areas for business development and expansion.
  4. Increase customer value and acquire new customers through strategic planning and execution.
  5. Find and develop new markets and improve sales strategies to drive business growth.
  6. Represent the company at conferences, meetings, and industry events to stay up-to-date on the latest trends.
  7. Create quotes and proposals for clients based on their project requirements.
  8. Set goals for the development team and business growth, and ensure they are met.
  9. Provide training to personnel and help them develop their skills.
Requirements
  • Must be able to write compelling project proposals that meet client needs.
  • Should be available during US working hours for communication and collaboration.
  • Should be able to communicate effectively with foreigners via chat or Skype.
  • Analyzing project requirements and creating unique proposals is essential for this role.
  • Having technical computer science knowledge is preferred but not required.
  • Experience with freelancing sites is highly valued in our team.
