The Strategic Technical Engagement Specialist plays a pivotal role in how Motive delivers technical engagements during the pre-sales process. This involves understanding customer business needs and crafting solutions that align with those needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Partner with Sales to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop customer-centric solutions, including prospect presentations and RFP responses.
- Work directly with clients to guide them through the change management process during telematics solution implementation.
- Support Sales Processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
- 3-5 years of experience in Professional Services or a similar field, with a focus on customer engagement and solution development.
- Ability to understand technical solutions and present complex concepts in a clear manner.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
