We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Client Onboarding Lead Analyst- Hybrid. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in custody operations to drive the onboarding process for new clients while supporting existing clients with incremental growth asks. Your success will depend on your ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and drive results-oriented solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure timely and accurate delivery of custody related activities and products.
  • Collaborate with team members to design and implement solutions to improve client satisfaction and reduce cycle time.
  • Manage and maintain client relationships through proactive issue resolution and excellent communication skills.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the onboarding process.
  • Develop and implement metrics to measure client satisfaction and performance.
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of experience in Custody world and sub-related products.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to think critically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
