The Sales Strategy Director will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to drive business growth in the North and Central Region. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of sales processes.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure successful execution of sales plans.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies.
  4. Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and feedback to improve results.

Requirements: 5+ years of sales experience, proven track record of driving business growth, excellent leadership and communication skills.
