
Prospecting and Business Development Specialist

In this key role, you will be responsible for making high-volume connections with potential clients in the UK and US. To succeed, you must possess excellent communication skills, confidence in speaking to senior decision-makers, and a self-motivated attitude.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, with a strong understanding of CRM tools and sales automation. A passion for innovative solutions, strategic partnerships, and team collaboration is highly desirable.
Main Responsibilities:
• Make daily outbound calls to reach new prospects
• Qualify leads and arrange meetings for our sales team
• Conduct research on target industries and companies to support lead generation efforts
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system
• Work closely with our sales director to develop strategic plans, messaging, and campaign analysis
• Provide valuable feedback from clients to enhance our services and pitch
