About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our expanding team in an Onboarding Consultant position.

As a Technical Onboarding Consultant at our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless transition for new customers. Your primary focus will be on collaborating with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements, developing tailored onboarding plans, and providing support to ensure they are proficient in using our platform.

You will work closely with internal teams, including sales, technical teams, customer support, and training, to ensure a coordinated and successful onboarding experience for clients. Additionally, you will stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to SAAS implementation and onboarding.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their specific SAAS requirements and business processes.
  • Develop and implement tailored onboarding plans for each customer, ensuring a smooth transition to our platform.
  • Configure and customize our platform according to customer needs and preferences.
  • Provide support to customers to ensure they are fully proficient in using our platform.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the onboarding and implementation process, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in SAAS implementation and onboarding, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in using SAAS platforms and related technologies.
