IT Talent Acquisition Specialist

Are you passionate about finding and attracting top talent in the tech industry? Do you have a knack for understanding complex software development stacks and roles?

We are seeking an experienced IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic and growing team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing and hiring developers, QA engineers, designers, DevOps, and other key roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates for technical roles using various channels and platforms.
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Manage job postings and recruitment pipelines to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate data and reporting.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience recruiting for IT roles, preferably in a software house environment.
  • Strong understanding of software development stacks and roles, including programming languages and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working in a US timezone and willing to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
