Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to join our team as an HRBP Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to our business units, ensuring the effective management of employee relations, talent development, and HR operations.

In this role, you will work closely with leadership and teams to drive business outcomes, improve work relationships, build morale and culture, and increase productivity and retention. You will also be responsible for reviewing and analyzing people-related data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.

Furthermore, you will interpret and present data & analytics in a meaningful way to inform business decisions, offer HR policy guidance and advice across the employee life cycle, and ensure seamless execution of all People Practice programs and processes within our organization.

You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest HR best practices and create thought leadership in the HR space by implementing innovative programs. Additionally, you will work closely with management and employees on employee engagement initiatives and monitor the effectiveness of HR Programs through tracking key measures.

This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of Employee Life Cycle, Labor Laws, and HR best practices. If you have a passion for HR and are looking for a challenging opportunity to make a real impact, we encourage you to apply.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in the Human Resource department with at least 4 years in a Business Partnering role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of Employee Life Cycle, Labor Laws and HR best practices.
