About the Role

Nativ Global is seeking a Senior Client Partner to join our team. As a key member of our client servicing team, you will be responsible for leading project planning, execution, and delivery, while developing strategic plans to enhance client satisfaction and account growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their objectives, challenges, and needs.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of client servicing executives, focusing on high performance and professional growth.
  3. Project Oversight: Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.
  4. Strategic Planning: Develop plans to improve client services, enhance client satisfaction, and drive account growth.
  5. Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, facilitating effective communication between clients and internal teams.
  6. Issue Resolution: Promptly address and resolve client issues and concerns, ensuring positive outcomes and maintaining client trust.
  7. Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on project status, performance metrics, and client feedback, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
  8. Business Development: Identify opportunities for account growth and new business development, supporting proposal preparation and pitching.
