Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our accounts payable team and oversee all payment transactions.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless departmental operations, maintaining accurate records, and evaluating systems to ensure adherence to company standards.
  • This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as proficiency in software applications relevant to accounting and financial management.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing accounts payable teams and financial obligations, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and supervise the accounts payable team to ensure efficient management of accounts payable and financial obligations.
  • Maintain accurate records of general ledger, accounts payable, and project accounting functions.
  • Evaluate and implement systems, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to company standards and timely execution.
  • Ensure transparency and efficiency in all payment transactions.
  • Analyze financial expenditures and provide reports as required by supervisors.
  • Develop standardized procedures to enhance operational efficiency and create internal templates for use within the organization.

Accountability and Expertise:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, preferably in an accounts payable role.
  • Expertise in managing accounts payable teams and financial obligations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in software applications relevant to accounting and financial management.
