Responsibilities:
  1. Support employees in implementing company personnel policies.
  2. Ensure proper implementation of company policies and labor laws.
  3. Arrange training programs for non-management workforce.
  4. Develop and maintain accurate records of documents for internal and external audits.
  5. Assist plant management in maintaining discipline and advising on disciplinary actions.
  6. Supervise security functions and enhance security measures.
  7. Collaborate with external agencies such as KE, telecommunication, government departments, and Labour Dept.
  8. Issue letters related to IR and administration.
  9. Manage payroll and daily wages procedures.
  10. Oversee workforce data and statistics reporting.
  11. Recruit daily wage workers and contractual employees.
  12. Participate in organizational development.
