Ebryx (Pvt.) Ltd. is a leading cybersecurity services and solutions provider with operations in multiple regions. We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Sales to drive our revenue growth initiatives in Pakistan, the Middle East, and Africa.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the achievement of revenue targets and sales objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking and reporting on sales metrics regularly.

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan aligned with the company's overall objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to set sales targets and objectives.

Customer Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales collateral and promotional materials.
  • Ensure a customer-centric approach in all sales activities, prioritizing customer satisfaction and retention.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a unified approach to customer success.
  • Provide insights and feedback from the field to contribute to product and service improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a successful sales leader in the cybersecurity products and services industry.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Preferably 8+ years of overall experience with at least 3-4 years in cybersecurity sales and services industries.
  • Experience of using CRM solutions (HUBSPOT, ZOHO, etc.) for sales and marketing.
