Business Growth Strategist Role
The position of a Business Growth Strategist involves contributing to an organization's success by developing and executing plans that drive growth and expansion.
Main Responsibilities- Identify and explore new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, advertising, or other means of generating interest from potential clients.
- Promote the company's services and products to existing and potential clients, building strong relationships and establishing trust.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of current market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and approaches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver targeted marketing campaigns and pitches that address client concerns and objectives.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, addressing any objections and finding mutually beneficial solutions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (BBA) or related field.
- 1-2 years of work experience in IT Services, Web Development, or Web Application.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, marketing strategies, and business development techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
