Technical Hiring Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Hiring Specialist to lead our recruitment efforts for technical roles. This position requires someone with a strong background in hiring both blue-collar and white-collar staff, as well as experience with end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Recruitment Lead: Oversee the entire recruitment process for technical positions, including sourcing candidates, conducting screenings, interviews, assessments, and reference/background checks.
  2. Candidate Sourcing: Identify and source top talent through field visits, networking, referrals, job portals, and social media platforms.
  3. Onboarding Process: Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and initial training.
  4. Exit Formalities: Handle exit formalities, including exit interviews, clearance, and documentation.
  5. Recruitment Campaigns: Develop and execute recruitment campaigns across social media and digital channels to engage potential candidates.
  6. Data Management: Maintain accurate hiring documentation and recruitment data.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  1. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  2. 1-3 years of hands-on recruitment experience, especially in technical and field hiring.
  3. Strong exposure to hiring both blue-collar and white-collar staff.
  4. Proficient in MS Office and social media tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp groups) for sourcing.
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  6. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field.
  7. Willngness to travel frequently for on-ground recruitment activities.
