Scope:
Looking for a Territory Sales Manager to drive presales excellence across Pakistan, East Africa and CIS region, working closely with the sales team to deliver innovative solutions that solve real-world challenges in the BFSI industry. Lead a dynamic team of consultants, engage directly with key clients, and collaborate across Sales, Delivery, Product, and Engineering to win business.
Job Duties:
  • Drive sales for Core Banking, Digital Banking, Trade & Treasury, and Application Modernization solutions across West Africa and CIS.
  • Establish regional GTM plans and drive pipeline creation across direct and partner-led channels.
  • Own strategic deals, coordinate proposals, and lead commercial negotiations.
  • Participate in regional fintech expos and customer briefings.



Requirements
  • Hunter rather than a Farmer.
  • 5-8 years of fintech enterprise sales experience.
  • Exposure to financial services sales in Francophone West Africa and CIS regions.
  • Prior experience in complex sales (>$500K ) for banking tech platforms.
  • Multi-lingual proficiency is a strong plus but not required.
