Job Overview: The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining proper recordkeeping, and supporting management with analytical reports. The role requires strong attention to detail, timeliness, and proficiency in accounting tools, including QuickBooks. Job Description:Maintain day-to-day accounting records and books of accountsHandle accounts payable and accounts receivable functionsPrepare and post journal entries, vouchers, and ledger entriesReconcile bank statements and resolve discrepanciesAssist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsEnsure timely invoicing and follow-up for collectionsProcess payments, expenses, and petty cash transactionsSupport statutory compliance, such as GST, TDS, and other tax filingsMaintain proper documentation for audits and internal controlsCoordinate with auditors during internal and external auditsTrack and manage vendor and customer accountsEnsure compliance with company policies and accounting standardsAssist in budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reportingUse accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or ERP systems) efficientlyProvide support to senior finance and accounting team members Qualification & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance.1 to 3 years of relevant experience. Hospitality experience will be preferred.Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel.Close attention to detail, accuracy, and reporting discipline.
