Key Responsibilities Coordinate the planning and implementation of training programs across multiple trades or disciplinesSupervise and support instructors to ensure effective teaching and adherence to curriculumMonitor student performance, attendance, and academic progressEnsure academic compliance with institutional policies and accreditation standardsDevelop class schedules, exam timetables, and academic calendarsOrganize faculty meetings, training sessions, and professional development activitiesReview and update course materials in collaboration with subject expertsHandle academic documentation, including assessments, evaluations, and progress reportsAct as a liaison between faculty, administration, and external stakeholders Requirements Bachelors or Masters degree in Education, Management, or a relevant technical/vocational fieldMinimum 3-5 years of experience in academic coordination or training program managementFamiliarity with vocational education systems and competency-based training modelsStrong organizational, communication, and leadership skillsProficiency in MS Office and academic management toolsAbility to work collaboratively with diverse teamsStrong written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu
