Trifen Tech is on the lookout for ambitious and results-oriented Appointment Setters to join our vibrant night shift team. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our client outreach, generating valuable leads, and securing appointments for our talented sales team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively make outbound calls to prospective clients, showcasing Trifen Tech's exceptional services.

  • Articulate the unique value of our offerings and identify the specific needs of potential clients.

  • Skillfully schedule appointments for our sales team to convert prospects into loyal customers.

  • Maintain meticulous records of calls, appointments, and client interactions in our CRM system.

  • Collaborate with a motivated team to devise innovative strategies for optimal outreach.

  • Consistently meet and exceed daily and weekly appointment-setting targets.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or a related field is highly desirable.

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and captivate prospects over the phone.

  • Self-driven, with a relentless positive attitude and a passion for hitting goals.

  • Strong team player who also thrives independently and takes initiative.

  • Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous but not required.
