Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Appointment Setter located in Islamabad. As an Appointment Setter (Night Shift), you will coordinate and schedule meetings, follow up with prospective clients, and maintain accurate records of appointments and communications. Responsibilities include maintaining professional communication with customers, conducting research to identify new leads, and ensuring the scheduling process runs smoothly. You'll play a key role in supporting the business development team and fostering positive client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and build relationships.
  • Research skills to identify new leads and gather relevant market insights.
  • Basic Project Management and organizational abilities to coordinate schedules and manage appointment tasks efficiently.
  • Training skills or a willingness to learn and adapt to training processes for appointment-setting tools and techniques.
  • Proficiency in using scheduling software and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to dynamic business requirements.
