Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Manage the
    end-to-end recruitment process
    , including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and selection.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create accurate job descriptions.
  • Coordinate
    interviews and candidate assessments
    ; ensure timely communication with applicants.
  • Facilitate the
    onboarding process
    for new hires — orientation, documentation, and initial training.
  • Maintain and update the company's
    talent database
    and recruitment pipeline.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, grievances, and workplace concerns.
  • Foster a
    positive and inclusive work environment
    through engagement activities and open communication.
  • Plan and execute
    employee engagement initiatives
    , team-building events, and recognition programs.
  • Assist in developing and implementing
    HR policies and procedures
    that promote organizational culture.

Performance Management:

  • Coordinate and support the
    performance appraisal process
    , ensuring timely completion of evaluations.
  • Assist in developing
    KPIs and performance metrics
    for various departments.
  • Provide feedback and performance reports to management for decision-making.

Training & Development:

  • Identify training needs and help organize
    learning and development programs
    .
  • Maintain records of employee participation and progress in training sessions.
  • Support management in succession planning and career development initiatives.

HR Operations & Compliance:

  • Manage
    employee records, attendance, and leave management
    systems.
  • Ensure compliance with
    labor laws and company policies
    .
  • Prepare HR-related
    reports and documentation
    for audits or management reviews.
  • Assist in
    payroll coordination
    , ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Maintain and update
    HRIS systems
    and digital records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
    (Master's preferred).
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
    in HR or administrative roles.
  • Strong understanding of
    HR functions
    , labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent
    communication and interpersonal
    skills.
  • Strong
    organizational and multitasking
    abilities.
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office
    and HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Zoho People, or SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
