We are looking for a
Business Development Executive
with strong experience in international markets (US/Canada). The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving growth through effective communication and negotiation.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and maintain strong client relationships in the US/Canada market.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure client satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly sales and growth targets.
- Conduct follow-ups and manage client retention.
Requirements:
- Minimum
2 years of experience
in Business Development, Sales, or a related role. - Strong background in dealing with US/Canada clients.
- Excellent
English communication skills
(both verbal and written). - Ability to negotiate and close deals confidently.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work night shifts.
