We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive with experience in both B2B and B2C client handling. The role includes lead generation, client communication, proposal writing, and closing deals across different platforms. You'll work closely with our technical team to bring in projects and ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential B2B/B2C clients through online platforms and outbound channels
- Handle Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, or direct outreach for lead generation
- Prepare and pitch project proposals and quotations
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Coordinate between clients and development team for project execution
- Maintain CRM and sales reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or sales (preferably in tech/software)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.) is a plus
- Familiarity with software development cycle and tech terms
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
