We're looking for a Digital Marketing Operations Manager to help keep our agency running smoothly and effectively. You'll be the person who makes sure our projects, people, and processes line up so campaigns are delivered on time, budgets stay on track, and clients see results.

What you'll do

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple client accounts
  • Coordinate between strategy, creative, and media teams to keep projects moving
  • Track campaign performance, budgets, and resources to ensure efficiency
  • Identify bottlenecks and improve workflows so the team can focus on great work
  • Manage reporting processes and deliverables for clients
  • Support leadership with forecasting, planning, and agency growth initiatives
