As a
Trainee Product & Support

, you'll dive into live projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to build and enhance our digital platform. You'll get the opportunity to work directly with customers, solve technical issues, and contribute to the product team. This isn't a classroom-style program—it's real-world work on product analysis, feature development, and customer support. You'll gain practical skills and contribute directly to our growth, with mentorship to guide you towards a permanent role. The role may also involve providing direct support to our insured customers over the phone and digital channels, ensuring excellent service and smooth experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze user requirements and business processes to support product development initiatives.
  • Create documentation, including user stories, process flows, and business requirements.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in Insurtech.
  • Provide customer support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through phone and online communication.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to support feature development and launches.
  • Track performance metrics to assess product and support outcomes, providing actionable insights.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues customers face on the platform (e.g., payments, KYC, claims uploads).
  • Document customer pain points, workflows, and bug reports clearly for internal teams.
  • Track and analyze support queries to identify recurring issues and trends.
  • Contribute to side projects that focus on product improvements, process optimization and customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (fresh grads are welcome to apply).
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both customers and team members.
  • Enthusiasm for product development, customer success, and Artificial Intelligence.
  • Proactive, organized, and adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment.
