We are looking for a sound Patient Support Representative (female).

For our international Client ( US based Healthcare), its like a front Desk Officer for

the health sector based in USA.

Job Description:

  • Patient Assistance – Receive and respond to patient calls regarding appointments, inquiries, and support services.
  • Scheduling – Manage patient appointments with clinics.
  • Communication – Act as a link between patients and healthcare providers.

Job Requirement :

  • O-A levels Fresh or Graduation.
  • Proficiency with MS office( particularly MS excel and MS Word).

  • Good Written and spoken English Communication with a neutral accent

  • Fresh Candidates are encouraged to apply

Job Location: Gulistan e Johar block 12 , Near Bin Hashim

Working Hours: onsite( 9 pm - 6 am)

Candidates Live at Gulistan-e-Johar, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, North Karachi, Nazimabad, FB Area, and near will be preferred
