As a Social Media Lead Hunter, you'll introduce clients to a one-of-a-kind art service: transforming 2D photos into premium, ultra-thin, ultra-strong engineered concrete sculptures. Each piece is custom-made to capture memories, milestones, and personalities that last a lifetime.

Your role is simple: use DM outreach on our associate Instagram and Facebook page to generate interest and get Instagram or Facebook cold leads to submit a photo for a free sample 3D digital model. Once they submit a photo or image in the DMs, you get paid $1,599 PKR. We provide you with affiliate Social Media accounts and cold leads— you focus on converting them into quality leads.

A quality lead is counted only when: (1) The prospect willingly provides their photo/image and (2) They are located in San Diego County or Los Angeles County.

We handle the sculpting, design, and delivery — you get paid per lead.

Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and target-driven social media lead hunters with experience in DM outreach, online engagement, and lead qualification. The ideal candidate will be comfortable converting cold contacts into high-quality leads and meeting performance ratios (about 1 quality lead per 100 cold calls/DMs). We provide you with our own associate Instagram Page and Facebook Page.

Duties

• Talk to the cold leads via DMs in a warm and personalized manner (Opening Line).
• Verify that leads are residents of San Diego or Los Angeles Counties.
• Encourage a photo submission for a free 3D digital model via Social Media DMs.
• Track and record activity, working toward a ratio of 1 quality lead per 100 cold calls/DMs.
• Immediately notify our Sales Team once a photo has been submitted

Requirements

• Prior experience in telemarketing, DM outreach, or online/social media lead generation is preferred but not required.
• A self-driven effort to turn cold lists into warm, engaged prospects.
• Excellent English written communication and rapport-building skills.
• Friendly, strong and timely follow-up skills (fast replies make the difference).
• Ability to follow clear definitions of lead quality (photo submitted + local residency).

Ideal Candidate

An active social media hunter who knows how to use Instagram and Facebook and is a proactive social media outreach professional who thrives on starting conversations, understands performance-driven work, and knows the power of direct messages in social media. We provide optional video training, opening line templates and conversation scripts.

Compensation

• 1,599 PKR per qualified lead (photo/image submitted + San Diego/LA location).
• Unlimited earning potential — uncapped income based on performance.
• 50 quality leads per month = 79,950 Pakistani Rupees per month
