Role Overview:

Liztek is seeking a strategic and visionary Senior Product Lead to drive the development and execution of our Fintech banking product portfolio. This role will be instrumental in shaping product strategy, collaborating with leadership, and translating business needs into actionable product frameworks. You will serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring our solutions are innovative, scalable, and customer-centric.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and refine product strategies aligned with Liztek's long-term goals in Fintech banking.


• Collaborate with executive leadership to identify emerging opportunities and define strategic roadmaps.


• Translate business objectives into clear product requirements and functional specifications.


• Build and maintain product roadmaps and frameworks to guide development and innovation.


• Partner with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, compliance, and marketing to ensure seamless product delivery.


• Advise Liztek management on new product features, enhancements, and market differentiators.


• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback loops to assess product performance and identify gaps.


• Recommend and prioritize new features and functionalities based on business impact and feasibility.


• Lead and mentor product development teams, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.


• Provide business context to technical teams, ensuring alignment between functionality and user value.

Qualifications:


• 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in Fintech or banking technology.


• Proven track record of building and scaling digital banking products.


• Strong understanding of financial services, regulatory environments, and customer needs.


• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.


• Experience with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management tools.

Preferred Skills:


• Strategic thinking with a bias for execution.


• Ability to balance technical depth with business acumen.


• Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms, and digital banking architectures.


• MBA or equivalent experience in business strategy or product innovation.
