Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Sales and Business Development located in Islamabad. The Director will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing sales operations, and driving business growth. The day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, overseeing the sales team, and ensuring target achievement. Additionally, the Director will collaborate with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure smooth sales operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales and Sales Operations (minimum 05-07 years)
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Business Development
  • Strong Team Management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Experience in the education or training industry is a plus
