Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Upseller located in Karachi. The Upseller will be responsible for identifying opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients, maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing suitable solutions. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales presentations, collaborating with the sales team, and achieving targeted sales goals.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Customer Relationship Management skills
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
  • Market Research and Analytical skills
  • Experience with Digital Marketing and Familiarity with Digital Services
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Experience in the IT or Digital Marketing industry is a plus
